1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Soljahub platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Soljahub provides an online platform for booking recording studio rooms, renting professional equipment, and purchasing monthly access passes. We facilitate the booking process between studios and their clients.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). By making a booking, you agree to pay the full amount displayed at the time of confirmation.

5. Monthly Passes

Monthly passes are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase. Pass bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Passes cannot be transferred to other users. Pass bookings can be rescheduled (subject to monthly limits) but cannot be cancelled. Unused hours do not carry over to the next billing period.

6. Rescheduling Policy

Pass bookings may be rescheduled up to the limit specified by your pass type, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the original session time. Rescheduled bookings are subject to the same advance booking requirements and availability constraints as new bookings.

7. Studio Rules

Users must comply with all studio rules and guidelines during their booked sessions. Studios reserve the right to deny access to users who violate these rules. Any damage to studio property or equipment during a booked session is the responsibility of the booking holder.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
